A Week of Mischa
For someone who has been in and out the gossip columns and celebrity limelight, Mischa Barton has been frequent red carpet with the New York Fashion week and other social gatherings. The OC’s actress has fluctuated in style and appearance since the show las aired, but the past couple of weeks has shown her to be fairly put together and stylish.
My top pick for Mischa was the black and white Zac Posen Resort dress she wore to season opener to the Metropolitan 
Opera. She could have spruced up the look with a pair of sparkling diamond drop earrings rather than the sterling silver necklace she’s wearing.
At a party in London she wore a chocolate brown bandage dress with very little jewelry. She could have spruced up the look with a simple gold necklace and some bracelets to break up the fairness of her skin color. I’m also not really feeling the multiple rings on one hand. I think this is more of a casual look then dressy.
Last, and my least favorite, was the black Mark Jacobs dress she wore last week. Again, I could have gone without the multiple rings, but a nice pair of large hoop earrings - a popular earring style with the stars - would have been a great way to dress up the look.
With Mischa it’s hard to say if she should be allowed to dress herself, but she can wear some great styles, but I would still like to see more from her.
